GLP-1 agonist to assist in weight loss
Semaglutide works to regulate your blood sugar levels, prevent insulin spikes, and avoid the complications of diabetes. It is also used to assist in weight loss by reducing appetite, slowing stomach emptying, and lengthening the time the body feels full.
Semaglutide is given as a once weekly injection and typical treatment can last 6 months or longer.
